We've used this vanity 3 years and it still looks great! Yes, the marble top needs to be sealed with an impregnator as all natural stone tops require. We did it every three months until it prevented water marks. The drawers do need a slight tug to open. After reading other reviews, I am excited to swap out the hardware to provide a nice update. I love my vanity. I especially like the soft close drawers and doors. Its just the right size and theres plenty of storage space. My only complaint is that theres no matching backsplash available to purchase if you wanted it. I ordered a black backsplash today that I hope will match the top sufficiently.
