I waited weeks for this framed print to arrive. When I opened up the box and pulled it out, I was beyond disappointed. It looked like someone scanned the print onto canvas, framed it and tried to pass it off as an expensive piece of art. It did not look like what was featured on the website or as described. It was matte, pixelated, with no embellishments. The artist's name was also half hidden behind the frame, a sign of poor quality. I contacted customer service within minutes of receiving and initiated a return. Perigold was apologetic and accommodating. They refunded my money and set up the return.
