The dish rack itself is great. Folds nicely for storage and is large enough to hold many dishes. The item did not arrive in a package but was wrapped in clear plastic wrapping so the drainboard (cheaper lightweight plastic) arrived cracked. The dish rack works just fine with a towel under it.
