I received this ottoman and was to receive “white glove delivery”. I paid for this and the ottoman was left in the driveway in front of the garage door. The chair is due to deliver in a few weeks and I will be very disappointed if I am left to move that in my house. This is unacceptable and after already receiving terrible service on the first chair I ordered I am surprised this type of service happened yet again. The first chair was to have arrived in September and after the delivery date had come and gone I received a refund to my pay pal account with no explanation. The chair was out of stock and I was never informed. I had ordered 7 weeks prior and was expecting it. I shopped for this cocktail ottoman for 2 years. It’s the perfect addition to our great room. The fabric is a near perfect match to our sofas. The tables part (the legs and trays) came in a much darker stain color than we expected. We brought that to the attention of Wayfair and they immediately got the manufacturer involved. The manufacturer contacted us the very next day and we had our concerns addressed and taken care of to our satisfaction in a few emails.
