It’s perfect for what I needed. I initially set out to find an aluminum model, but this one ended up being an excellent choice. It gets quite windy in my area, so I really appreciate the additional weight and stability. Assembly went fairly smoothly, although I did have to get a little creative when fitting some of the connectors that join the beams together (time waster for sure, better QA is needed). A good soft mallet definitely comes in handy for getting everything seated properly without damaging the parts. I was also missing one component when the package arrived, but the replacement was shipped within a couple of days. Fortunately, it wasn’t a part that prevented me from completing the assembly and there were no damaged parts. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and feel it was a great fit for my needs.. We bought this pergola to cover a space that we use for an outdoor classroom. The end result is that it looks great, and it does keep the tables dry when it rains. I love that you can open it in sections. My only complaint is that it is a pain to put together. We had one handyman team quit because he was so frustrated. The next team had three guys, and they also said it was a pain even though they they only had to do half the work they still said it was a pain.. Kelly. Chicago, IL. Sat Oct 10 2026

This pergola is available in all seasons, making your backyard beautiful all year round. Add an elegant and relaxing outdoor dining or entertaining space to your garden, pool, deck, patio or yard.

I have a very small patio and it gets so much sun I rarely use it. This was a good solution. I did add curtains (with velcro tabs) and some lights. Theres ONE tricky part when assembling, the part where the legs go into the frame have a slight slant, if theyre not in the correct corners, the legs go every which way! I had to take apart and move them, but wasnt bad. Would definitely help if you had 2 people to lift it and move it, but I managed on my own. Awkwardly.. Tracy. US. Sun Jul 26 2026

The lean-to design attaches securely to your wall, offering efficient space use without the need for freestanding structures. Complete with integrated solar lighting for added ambiance, this pergola is ideal for relaxing, dining, or entertaining outdoors.

We bought the 20x12 to go over our back patio. The house has an eave so we measured and confirmed the stated height of the pergola would fit under the eave. The pergola ended up being several inches higher than the specs. I think 103 inches high when it was complete. Because of this, my husband had to buy a new blade to cut the rear poles several inches He also has to drill new holes. This worked out well but took several hours to address. The instructions aren’t great but we were able to follow them with minimal errors. Putting all the poles together was tedious but to be expected for this size project. Actually raising the pieces and attaching them to make the frame was not very difficult and we were easily able to accomplish it with three people. We had a downpour a day after putting it up, and only one spot has a drop, so I would say it’s pretty water tight. My husband doesn’t love that the roof isn’t opaque, so we may end up painting it. We’ll see. Other than the height issue, I’m pretty pleased with the quality for the price. I think it will last at least several years and give us time to decide if we want to do something more permanent back there.. Rachel. Alpharetta, GA. Mon Aug 10 2026
