I purchased this for extra storage in our bedroom. I was especially pleased that the dimensions were exactly as described since I needed the shelves to fit specific items. The product fit the space perfectly, is well-constructed, and looks much more expensive than it was. One caveat is that it does take some time and patience to put the piece together. My husband is in the construction business and does a lot of woodworking projects as a hobby. Even so, it took the two of us almost three hours to assemble.
