It arrived well packaged but is cumbersome and heavy for one person to carry. All parts were included as well as an instruction manual. I like it. True to color. just the right size. anything bigger would not have worked for my kitchen. True to design. I put it together my self...one woman show. Took me several hours because diagrams and instructions can be confusing. Instructions were true to pics. Only drawback is the towel hanger was damaged today because someone bumped into it and one side came completely off. So I had to use longer screws to put it back on. It's a fix that will have to stay. Also the brakes on the wheels don't seem to do a good job of helping the island stand still. It's easily moved. Look great with my new matts.. Rev. Karen. US.
