Overall, a solid product. Here is a list of pros and cons: Pros: 1) The back cushions are very comfortable and the small arm cushions provide a good contrast. 2) The couch looks aesthetically good. 3) Assembly is easy - it took me an hour to assemble the couch. 4) Price is amazing 5) The delivery and support from Wayfair were excellent. Cons: 1) It is smaller than I expected. It's around 82" in length. Also, The seating (width) could have been a little bigger. Once you put the back cushion, the seats are not enough for the people to sit. You can make it a sofa bed to address the limitation. 2) The base cushioning is firm so you might have to add an extra layer of cushioning for someone to sleep. Also, only one person can sleep in it and if you are tall you might have to sleep diagonally. 3) The cloth underneath the sofa is quite delicate and might rip apart. Love this sectional. I was nervous about buying online without being able to test it out. With all the good reviews I decided to take a chance, and I’m glad I did. Seats are firm, but not too firm. It’s a very comfortable sectional that can be rearranged to your liking. Offers plenty of seating, without feeling crammed. I generally stick to neutral colors and was pleasantly surprised by the orange pillows. It’s something I wouldn’t have grabbed for but was shocked on how well it went with my living room. So, I don’t typically write reviews because I know reviews are based on personal reasons, such as if the price is worth it to you or not, or if the quality is above or below your certain needs. However, I’ll write my personal reasons as to why this FITS MY NEEDS lol, I should start by saying I originally wanted a sofa that pulls out into one of those huge beds but couldn’t find one I like and looked for months to find a proper sectional that would fit my home decor and style (bland) if you’re looking for something overly stylish this may not be it. This sectional is firm, so if you’re a bigger person or spend a lot of time on it is won’t start sinking in, I’ve been obsessed with laying on it because it’s at the right comfort level for my husband and I, we are both in the 5’9-6’0 Ft 200-250lbs range and it works, we can both feel comfortable on it while not feeling like it is too small. I say measurements because if you are smaller and maybe lightweight you may feel like the sofa is huge and the cushions are hard. The couch is very nice. The back is a little bit lower than what I expected but the measurements are right on the website I just didn’t bother to look at height. When I got the couch at first, the chaise was ripped, I contacted wayfair and they sent out a new one and I sent the old one back when received, all free of charge. Ok. You guys. The people on here complaining are probably…. fuller bodied?.. This is an AMAZING VALUE. I am impressed. It has great fabric, it’s super firm and I think it’s a great size.
