Whether you're going for theatre seating or just trying to make room for storage, these furniture risers will do the job. Made of polyethylene plastic, these risers are constructed with extra thick walls for excellent durability and resilience. If you're living in a dorm or at home, you'll find these risers are extremely useful for making room to stow storage containers, bags and other equipment under beds, couches and other furniture. While the heavy duty risers are easy to install, they are very stable thanks to their rugged design and flared base. Each riser features a cavitated top that has straight sides instead of being a simple depression. This prevents furniture legs from slipping or even hopping out or off of the risers for added safety. I learned through my own means that the dimensions for these bolts is 10 mm x 1.5 (metric), which is not stated in the description. They seemed to be of good quality. But Wayfair's representative told me emphatically that they would work with their Alwyn Delanco steel bed frame, and they did not. That frame's hardware is for bolts sized 3/8" x 16 (16 threads per inch). Thought I'd share that information, as it could be helpful to someone else. As for Wayfair, it's a good company, but they could do better at teaching their employees to give proper guidance.. Susan. MI. Sun Dec 07 2025
