This couch is a wonderful size. Nice and large. Seats my family of 4 and a large dog comfortably especially with the included ottoman. We put some scotch guard on the fabric since it is white and it has not sustained any stains with normal wear and tear even with a dog and a cat in the house. The fabric has a nice feel. Soft to the touch. This loses a star however for the cushions being on the thin side so it isn’t super soft to sit on. So far so good I feel that the material looks and feels expensive! There was no mention that the Ottoman had storage, but it does so I was so pleasantly surprised. Yes the couch is firm, but not in a way that I feel is uncomfortable or hard. I am hoping that it will get more soft as time goes on which naturally should happen with these types of cushions. For now maybe everyday I will take some time to step on the cushions to help try to fluff them and soften the stuffing ) but I am extremely satisfied this couch looks and feels expensive.. Autumn. Amazing couch absolutely love it and how everything is washable and pet hair slides off so easy BUT not sure if this was a manufacture issue or delivery issue but one of the corner arm chairs came busted like the wooden part I sent a picture back and they sent me another piece immediately so fabulous customer service!
