This is a very high quality gray rug. It was not truly gray though, as the picture would seem to be....it is a two tone black & white, and maybe, just maybe, if you stood in the next room, it might appear to give off a gray tone, with the 2 colors mixing together, fooling your eye. I wanted a solid dark gray....this is not. I ended up keeping it, because it was too much trouble to send back. It is a nice rug, soft, thick, and I am getting used to it.. Cheryl. Marco Island, FL.
