Designed in Canada, we have combined durable materials including high-quality zinc and abs plastic for solid construction. You don't have to worry; this product is built to last. 3 choices of installation (a-b or c). Type a: (recommended installation) Install the number on the plaque and power the plaque using a wired 120 v household electrical box (hardwired ready, like an outdoor light fixture) type b: install the number on the plaque and plug the power cord (#al69002) into an indoor outlet. Type c: install the number directly on the wall and plug the power supply (#al69001) into an indoor outlet. Address plaques and optional wires are sold separately. Simple to put together, though if you have a '1' in your address, I would not use the manufacturer included template as places it too far from the other digits.
