Love this ice machine!!! The ice is small like hospital ice!! It is very hard, unlike other machines I have had. It is only two weeks old, but it is used constantly. Love, love, love… The machine is not quiet, but not loud either. It sounds like a refrigerator running. It matches my other appliances in my kitchen.

It works great!!! I love the size of the cubes and it’s a perfect ice maker for your countertop or a bar area. It’s easy to clean and to use. No additional set up necessary! It’s definitely worth it if you need extra ice for drinks, etc!

The ice is a perfect size! I was impressed that it started producing ice 10 minutes after starting it up! The only downside is that about every hour you have to stir it around because the dispenser part gets plugged and quits producing ice. It’s very quiet and low maintenance! The ice is perfect for lunching on to, they are like little tiny squares.

Used it for the first time, made very little ice then the refill light goes on and ice making stops. What ice it made was fantastic. Seems it has a water sensor that is not working as it should.
