Cosmo 30 in. Haven Collection Ducted Under Cabinet Range Hood, Touch Controls, LED Lights, Permanent Filters in Matte Black COS-KS6U30-BK

When ordered, Wayfair showed delivery date 3 days later. Order confirmation email said delivery 2 days after that. It was delayed yet another day because Wayfair didn't ship it in a timely manner. Had to postpone another 6 days because I was leaving town for 5 days. So order that originally showed delivery in 3 days arrived in 12 days because Wayfair couldn't perform as advertised. On positive side, price plus extended warranty was same as local dealer without extended warranty. Range hood had very good ratings on multiple sites, but I don't totally agree--on the lowest fan setting, it is quite loud, contrary to noise level claims in description, and on high it competes with noise level of my whole house fan on high, and far too noisy for a home kitchen. Light is very bright, but my previous 35-yeqr old hood had 2 settings, this only one--on or off. I'd prefer to dim the light some times. It is quite heavy, but it does look good at least.

Nice exhaust, heavier than other range hoods, but well built. 3 speeds and can be very loud in 3, but rapidly evacuates smoke. Shipped with enough protection to prevent damage during transit, very happy with it.

I purchased this hood and did not realize that the parts bag and install instructions were inside the hood. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly with a very concise email. Great job!

This fan is a replacement for an under cabinet microwave and we couldn't be happier! Great lighting and fan works well!

WE BOUGHT THIS RANGE HOOD BUT THEN MY HEALTH GOT BAD. SO WE DELAYED PUTTING IT IN UNTIL NOW. I THINK MY HUSBAND WAS DREADING IT. BUT HE KNEW HOW MUCH IT WOULD MEAN TO ME TO GET RID IF THE UGLY BROWN 1970'S HOOD THAT WAS IN THE HOUSE WHEN WE BOUGHT IT 9 YEARS AGO. WELL MY HUSBAND WAS PLEASED.
