I ordered 2 charcoal carbon filters and although they were ordered at the same time, I only received one this week. I am awaiting the second. I called Wayfair customer service and the lady I talked to was fantastic and super helpful. She assured me the 2nd is coming. She explained it was a problem they have when products arrive at the border from the USA into Canada.
