This ice maker is prefect for a small apartment or RV. It’s small but makes ice fast! You do have to fill up if you use it cause the tray is small. The ice is soft. Shipping was fast. Customer service is great.

Ok received ice maker yesterday let set overnight cleaned unit with auto instructions filled unit up with water took about 45 minutes to make 1 batch not bad

Loved the compact size of the ice. However, many times when trying to start the process the light flashed from large to small . Would not make the ice. Just flashed. May have to send back as a flaw In the switch. Read instructions several times no trouble shooting for this problem. It takes about 5 times to unplug restart. May call dealership. We did get the insurance.
