They work, they are replacement parts

The brush is good quality.

These brushes need to be replaced constantly! For the amount of money I spent on the vacuum and mop, about $1500, you would expect a more quality product. On my laminate hardwood floor running an hour two times a week these brushes will only last a week. These brushes are not worth the money.

I have a S9. Paid over $2000 AUD for it. The spin brushes are the worst brush I've ever had on the roomba and I've owned multiple other iRobot units. They literally break after 1 pass of the floor. I put one on today and when it went back to the dock 1 arm had already gone. It's ridiculous that you pay so much for a product, you would expect it to do it's job without break so quickly.

They simply fall apart. I have to stop using them all together which is sad... but what I do is I sweep around the edges of my house and then let the Roomba pick up what's left over but I'm surprised that they have not redesigned these brushes to be more durable.

Brushes last less than a week before breaking apart. This cannot be resolved by sending a replacement since it will just break apart too. Please redesign this brush using a more durable material.

In my opinion this little twirling brush is great but the bristles need to be longer. The bristles also need to be more durable because they shed a lot. Why is there not one on the other side? The idea is great and does work. Just needs to be improved greatly!

The material used to make these brushes is weak and the break apart after 1-2 uses. I have had a roomba vacuum for 19 years and this s9 side brush is a joke. Completely useless. Please redesign and provide replacements to everyone that purchased a S9.

The bristles are constantly breaking off. It's a lot of money for just the corner brush, and just for it to break after one run. I'm very disappointed. We were excited to upgrade the roomba, but not for this.
