It was an awesome Robot until I replaced the rollers. I'm not sure if the brushes were redesigned or what. I've had my machine for a few years with only minor annoyances but since I last changed out the rollers I've had nothing but problems. First off, the new rollers made the machine even louder than it already was. Then, when it moves onto carpet it cleans for maybe 5 minutes before stopping and telling me to clean the rollers. But there is never anything stuck in them! It happens over and over again until I give up! It's like the new rollers are too big for the machine! Absolutely infuriating!

Just switched out my rollers, and now they won't clean on carpet. I keep getting an error message saying to clean my brushes even though there is no debris. Not very happy since I haven't had any issues until now.

I am not sure what happened, but the rollers I just bought are spaced too close together, and it causes the robot to get stuck and tell you to clean the brushes. However, the brushes are clean and there is nothing in there that would cause the rollers to get stuck. It seems like the fins on the dark green roller are too long. Even on hardwood, it causes the robot to be very loud. I have never had a problem with my i7 the last 5 years, but ever since I put the new rollers in, I have had nothing but problems. It basically cannot clean on carpet anymore unless I physically pick up the unit and then hit the Clean button every 5 minutes. I see multiple reviews with the exact same issue recently.

Why are none of the reviews for the iRobot® Roomba® Replenishment Kit for j & i Series? I just got my replacement kit and everything went in smoothly but the new rollers are SO LOUD! Not sure what to do... halp!

She said to go on at 7:00 everyday by the time I get up my floor looks beautiful the stuff she picks up is amazing just have to keep her clean and happy go Roomba.

The rollers apparently are too tight to each other. If it runs on carpet then the brushes stop the I7 and send a error code to clear them. Absolutely useless. Do not buy!!!!!!!!!

I have had mine for 6 months now and I just love this thing it has been picking up dirt that I couldn't even see.
