Ordered twice and both times came completely damaged

Very high quality, comes with everything you need for both mounting options. The horizontal piece is heavy thick glass. I cant wait to get it installed once my kitchen is finished!

Straight out of the package it appears that everything needed comes with it! The quality seems to be solid. The hood is very pretty and sturdy. The black metal that comes from the ceiling is thin and on the flimsy side but I believe it is designed to be that way. Overall I am pleased with the product and excited for when are cabinets are in and we can install it!!

The best experience buying in this app

There are 4 dents in the exhaust housing. When I called for a return label, I was told pictures were required or I would have to pay for the return shipping. I have not figured out /how to upload the 4 pictures to the Wayfair website as yet. The material for the exhaust shaft is very thin, but might have survived the shipping if there was any padding on the carton insides. It's only on the top and bottom. The sides only have a piece of cardboard between them and possible dings. I would not recommend this hood for the above reasons.

The hood looks like it would be awesome except the whole vent (2 pieces) came extremely bent. Working with Wayfair to get new parts out.
