Quality of the appliance is acceptable. All the assembly hardware (mounting screws for backsplash, etc.) was missing along with the conversion kit for LP gas, but this was obviously an oversight on the part of the manufacturer. The design of the input gas line could be improved as they ship the regulator separately. Most gas ovens have the regulator installed just inside of the input gas line but this unit has the gas line at the outside edge of the back of the unit and then you need to install the regulator there, in such a fashion as to having it protrude from the rear of the oven. They then provide stand-offs to ensure you leave room for the piping. The design is in such a way as to not allow you to place the oven closer than 6" from the wall. It is a pretty good value but if you are cramped for space, it may not be a good choice for you.
