I talked with a lady at your customer service desk this morning. Told her of my concern about the washer I relieved. Upon test running 2 days ago there is a severe grinding noise when the agitator is working. I have done as much inspection as possible and have no clue as to what is causing it. There is no visible damage to the machine so I can only assume that the transmission is faulty. The lady told me she would send a replacement at no charge around Nov 21/25 & told me to donate this machine which I agreed to do. She said she would send a confirmation email. At the time of sending this email some 12 hours later I have not received a confirmation. Please confirm this arrangement by return email...Thank You...Yt--Earl Solberg

I've been using this wash machine now for a few months, so far I have 0 complaints, this wash machine is very simple, but washes very good, it makes noice when it spins, but I am ok with it. At the time a bought this wash machine I couldn't afford an expensive wash machine, so for those that look for something less expensive and that works great, this is a good option. The wait time was over a month, which I knew from the begging, I thought it was a lot, but at the end it came in good condition, the delivery guys were really kind.
