This item is not white ordered the white machine and got a grey tented machine. And one year later the warning bell comes on for uneven load when there is nothing in the tub. I want to return it.

Perfect for me as am senior and unable to go to the basement, has all the features that’s like of those big tumble washing machine, , quick to attach to the water faucet that I have in my bathroom , now I enjoy washing my clothes anytime , affordable

My washing machine is really nice. I put on a dolly with wheels and it is so easy to move around my condo. It is exactly how it looks on Wayfair and has all of the features shown. It was so easy to install and came with everything needed to setup on my faucet. It’s not loud when it’s going through the cycles. I am extremely happy with it and recommend it to anyone who doesn’t like to use public laundrymats.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the washing machine I received. I purchased what was advertised and sold as a new unit, yet it is evident that the machine has been previously used. Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the washer, and there was even water remaining inside the drum. These are clear signs that the appliance is not new. Receiving a used product after paying full price for a new one is both unacceptable and misleading. I expected to receive a brand-new appliance in the condition advertised, and this experience has been very frustrating. I respectfully request an immediate resolution. Please arrange for the used unit to be replaced with a brand-new washing machine or provide information on the return and refund process as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
