[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen remodel included a new oven. We purchased this oven because of the 2 level cooking function and being able to use the top level for convection cooking. Other double ovens we considered did not allow for convection cooking in the top. I have cooked several dishes since installation and I am very satisfied with it. Child lock on the display is easy to activate/deactivate. The display turns off after a few minutes, but is very easy to activate to see the clock or set the cooking parameters.

This was installed in November of 2018 and has been nothing but issues since then. As other reviewers have stated, the wi-fi, even though initially connected correctly, will NOT connect and there are no firmware updates available. The divider that gives you "two ovens" only works on certain settings (convection) and limits the space on both upper and lower to practically useless sizes. The steam feature worked one time and then died (it seems to have a broken sensor, as it continues to ask for water to be added when the water is already to the fill line). Worst of all, it now has some sort of glitch in which it switches (with a BEEP!) from the clock face to the "turn oven on to cook" screen that comes up after cooking. It does this all day and all night. BEEP! ten minutes. BEEP! half an hour. BEEP! three minutes. BEEP! four hours. Ugh.......! For this price, I really feel a major appliance should work better and last longer than a couple of years.
