I just received this refrigerator the plastic they put on it is in between the metal and the plastic creases; it will FOREVER have little pieces of plastic in the moldings. The black part of the stainless steel is PAINT and rubs off apparently very easily. I had installers who took zero care at taking the plastic off and also bumped my wall where the paint has rubbed clean off. This thing is 5 days old in my house and looks horrible already how is it going to look in 6 months. The customization of the shelves is lacking as well, you either have to have it really tall to accommodate gallons of milk or put the milk gallons in the door. Terrible design.

Luckily we had a back up refrigerator because it took over a month to get a refund and now it is sitting in my garage. I had to request a refund because Samsung could not get the parts to fix it. Samsung makes great phones but not refrigerators

The refrigerator works terrific and everything is seemingly in great order and good organization. The icemaker concerns me due to the online issues and concerns but I bought the extended warranty, so hopefully I will be covered
