It's very loud when making the ice. The ice comes out in big blocks on small cubes that you have to break up and the ice at the bottom melts quite quickly. It makes ice, but isn't exactly what I was hoping it would be.

Great product for the price. Plumbing it in is the hardest part, after that, the ice machine immediately started to make ice and had made its first batch within minutes! Easy to use and you can even change the thickness of the cubes. Very nice for having a stock pile for camping /traveling. Just fill your cooler and go!
