I tried to use it and it was leaking really bad. I couldn’t even use this. I definitely would not recommend this item.

This part came with it but is not on the manual. Can you tell me what this is for

When turned on smell and smoke started coming out of the bottom. I was just testing it before putting clothes in I also tried with just some socks and underwear but it started making really scary noise. Overall over priced.

After having a difficult time on my last order (which they fully remedied on previous order) with Wayfair, I was skeptical if any of the products would arrive intact and working properly. To no avail the 1st washing machine they sent out did not work. Taking about an hour to fully investigate why it wasn't working, I came to realize the water relay valve switch on the circuit board wasn't working properly ( at least that's what I could come up with). Called Wayfair, they sent out new machine and with 5 minutes from opening box, the machine was washing small loads for my garage items. Overall the machine work great. Does the job for its intended purpose - to wash car towels, yard clothes that may have fertilizer/poison on them, or any other greasy dirty clothes that I don't want washed in main laundry. The first day out of box, I wash about 7 small loads some on quick loads (23 min) and a few dirtier loads on standard (41 min). Pointers, 1. If your using the outside hose from a faucet, you need to make sure you buy a metal 90 degree elbow to go on the plastic drain plug (seems easy to break) for best easy of detachment on a regular basis. 2. Don't overfill with clothes ( I did 5 pairs of jeans on one load, did good). Overall I give it a 4.5 star. Its not meant to big loads only quick ones and small loads. The "dryer" potion is the spinning of the clothes- not heat.

It is not good. I received the sink with a large tilt, it makes a strong sound and does not work. I will return it

Been using this for less than two months being very careful how much weight to put in it I have done everything by the instructions and it is broke already makes a horrible noise when agitating grinding and rattling. I have checked everything I can think to check apparently it’s just a very Bad product.

If i could give this zero stars I would, came broken and extremely beat up, the directions were terrible, all around a low quality terrible product

The washer leaked from the very beginning. Had to do a return and order a newer and bigger portable washer. Buyer beware, Stay away from this brand...

I got another washer that won't hold water.I am very disappointed. Returning it back to you
