Love this stove top! I've done may renovation projects, and decided on this one for my own home. I am a very happy customer! The stove has the right amount of flames and it is really sleek looking. I get a ton of complements on it.

For the people wanting the look - this is it. For people wanting performance of Wolff, or Viking - this is not it. The burners have issues thinking they are lit, and continuing to try and light even though I can clearly see a flame. There isn’t an even flame ring, and there is an issue with the burners “hissing” during a full heat. It’s just mediocre. The unit is solid and square - it’s just best left off and looked at.

Terrible customer service. My stove came with missing parts, an attachment to the front center burner, which I’ve been trying to claim. For as much as I paid, I would expect to have a fully functional stove. Every time I try to get the part I need, they send me the wrong items which they also try to charge me for. I do not understand why being that I bought the item with warranty.

Being a retired chef my Thor stove is exactly what a home chef would be grateful to have. I love the lights on the knobs, lets me know the stove is still on. Easy clean on the cast iron grates, easy to take apart to clean tray. The simmer burner is a wonderful addition for all my slow cooking recipes. Looks so handsome in my new kitchen.
