Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!!

I honestly have to say "Thank you " to Wayfair staff. I obviously made an error in my order that I wasn't immediately aware of. They contacted me immediately after I had received my package the very next day, and were so obliging. I actually thought it would be arriving in two days, not the very next day! What a pleasant surprise! Even though I clearly made the mistake, they still wanted to help me resolve it in any way they could. Who does that? Thanks Wayfair again for reaching out to me and caring about my issue. It's truly hard to find today people who take the time to help their customers out, whether we make the mistake or not. It is a very well built appliance

After using this machine for a month I can confidently say this is the worst ice machine I've ever used. The machine is constantly on, using tons of energy. It wastes tons of water each time it makes ice. Literally 10+ gallons of cold R.O water just dumps out of the drain. Will try to return, or give it away. This is garbage.

Best little ice maker. Just enough ice for a party or small operation and it's easy to clean. Used ours for a juice and smoothie bar; it fits under a worktop table. Perfect and highly recommend.
