Very unhappy with my purchase ! The box arrive well packed. Out of the box the hood is very beautiful look and seems the quality is there. A friend come install it and when I arrived, I was really charmed by the hood in place. But when I put the fan on, I was very mad. IT LIKE A BIG TRUCK IN MY APARTMENT !!! Even at the lowest fan speed it’s horrible noise. At the max speed this is 80 decibels that equivalent to 35 sones. This is far from the 5,5 sones in the specification. At that sound it’s recommended to wear hearing protection!!! I can’t believe a company is selling that garbage at that price ! Another cheap thing, the piece at the lower back of the hood isn’t stainless steel, just galvanized steel !!! I want to returning it but the box was already been put to garbage. I feel like that I’ve been stolen 450

Just OK. Installation was easy, no carbon filters included for non vented install. Will need to go on a goose hunt for carbon filters. Came with Extra long metal part that was not listed on instructions, had to use my cavewoman instinct where to place that part. Lighting is terrible, bleak yellow, not even sure how to change bulbs no instructions provided. Worst part of all, getting finger prints out of stainless. This is not a good buy.

Aside from a couple of scratches and minor dents it appears OK, guess we have to live with it. The other issue I had already sent a response on was the "missing" charcoal filters. I had specifically asked your associate when I ordered the unit if the charcoal filters came with the unit. I was assured they did however on receipt no filters were included.
