This was my first order from wayfair and will be my last. I ordered two range hood filters. One was broken on arrival. After going through the "problem with order" process, the response was "we'll send an email so you can contact the manufacturer." I guess I'm spoiled by the ease of returns with other online retailers, but when you send me a broken product the only acceptable response is "yep we'll replace that right away."
