These might be the worst ice makers we’ve ever used. One of the main issues is that the machine empties the ice into the bin before it’s properly frozen, so the cubes melt together into one large block. Every single time you use it, you have to break apart and chip away at the ice just to get a scoop. On top of that, the settings don’t seem to function properly, and the machine is extremely loud. The buzzing noise is so noticeable that guests regularly ask what it is.

The unit was installed in our new home in January 2026. We like the layout of the inside of the unit, and the fact that there are 3 loading racks. The unit is quiet. We are a little disappointed with the stainless-steel outside panel as it is hard to remove streaks and fingerprints. Our Z-Line refrigerator, stove, and microwave don't have that problem.

We purchased our ZLINE dishwasher on Saturday and have already used it twice. So far, we absolutely love it! The dishwasher is very quiet, looks beautiful in our kitchen, and does an excellent job cleaning our dishes. Everything came out spotless, and the interior is spacious and easy to load. We were impressed with the quality and design right from the start. Installation was straightforward, and the controls are easy to use. Based on our experience so far, we are very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and effective dishwasher.
