The instructions included leave much to be desired especially if you’re doing the propane conversion instead of natural gas hookup. The cast iron covers are rough enough to scratch up the bottom of pots, and the stainless steel is thin and easy to scratch so this would not hold up for heavy kitchen use but more likely lighter outdoor kitchen use instead. I love this induction cooktop!! It has many features that my old induction cooktop did NOT have. I price shopped for this exact model and Wayfair had the best price so I also saved a good bit of money. Although if you order from Wayfair the installation is NOT part of the price. I have been using this for a couple of months now, I am so impressed. I can boil water so fast. Food cooks fast and effecient. I do have to use it on a lower setting than I am use to because it heats so even and fast. Like med heat is a setting of 3-4, in stead of other stoves where it's like 6-7. Easy to use, easy to clean, so sleek and modern. No knobs to clean under or around makes it so much nicer than tradienal coil stoves or gas burners where food gets stuck everywhere.
