The instructions included leave much to be desired especially if you’re doing the propane conversion instead of natural gas hookup. The cast iron covers are rough enough to scratch up the bottom of pots, and the stainless steel is thin and easy to scratch so this would not hold up for heavy kitchen use but more likely lighter outdoor kitchen use instead. Eventhough this is nice looking, Im giving it 4 stars due to the fact it wobbles and Im worried my pans will fall. Its very weird how its made, dont know if its a defect. Cause no matter how I move it the grates still wobble. There is nothing to keep the grates from wobbling, we double check the box and nothing.
