This 30 In. island mounted range hood is constructed of premium 430 stainless steel. Stainless steel baffle filters are dishwasher safe and easy to remove and clean. This model also comes with 4 bright energy saver LED lights, low noise level operation, 286 CFM airflow, easy-to-operate rocker controls for high and low fan speed, and a light switch. This range hood comes with all the parts you need for easy installation. The adjustable and telescoping chimney can fit an 8 to 9 Ft. ceiling. This unit is convertible, can be vented out of your dwelling, or recirculated (ductless) with charcoal filters (sold separately, part # WRHF005S2).

I really like this convertible over that is an ideal set up for a kitchen island range hood. It can be both vented to the outside and ductless, which makes it versatile. I really like the stainless steel look and the lights were perfect. Installed the RI31-30 Island Hood today. This hood is very well designed and installation was straight-forward with two people. The gentleman helping me install the hood does quite a few commercial kitchens, and his first comment after we started the unit and I showed him the baffle filters was This is a commercial grade unit!Its well built, powerful, and attractive. They really paid attention to the details. The hands-free controls with control panels on each side are also nice features.My unit vents about 8 feet out through a wall, and the louver is ten feet above my deck, but my hair blows around when I stand under it. The suction is strong enough to hold a cardboard box, but the unit is quiet considering how much air its moving.Im very happy with this purchase and recommend it to anyone considering a new range hood.The range hood also has their after-sales service email, which I think is a great assurance.
