The overall beauty is great. it is compact and great for the size of my apartment. The performance is awful. The clothes doesn't get dry. I have tried 3 times and my clothes still have water in them. It is overpriced for the job it doesn't do but say it does. I hate I got to go through the hassle of sending it back and just getting a washer and hang out my clothes the old fashion way. Cynthia.
