Love this bed. It was easy to assemble and my daughter loved it.

Poorly made bed. The finishing of the headboard bars is horrible. Customer service for the furniture store is awful. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still trying to solve the problem. Bed came with lots of defects.

Totally need a call back at 650/872-2220. Front of trundle has a terrible defective gouge. Also I ordered glasscock platform with trundle by Vic &Rae but received a mission bed with urban trundle by Atlantic Furniture which is much less in price. I expect a credit for $100 due to the damage and receiving a lower grade bed

Product is great but has a short comings somewhat mentioned in other reviews. We took the chance and it’s definitely acceptable. Quality VERY GOOD. Design - GOOD - 3 short comings (1) the handle design is ignorant! No one thought this thru, nor checked it out from quality or management. You can add handles. (2) you can’t really use a standard twin mattress and have it already pre-made for guests because the hight is limited and does not account for linens (3) the drawer that holds the lower twin mattress will hit the frame on carpet installation...they did not consider most bedrooms have carpet so the main frame will sink enabling the lower draw to hit...see pictures... waifair.. you need to validate what you sell....

It fits nicely in the bedroom and blends in well with the white walls. Makes the room look larger. It will definitely be used for what it was intended and takes up less space. Thank you.
