It’s a bad product with a bad quality

Received the initial order packed in flimsy cardboard with dents and tears all over - upon opening, one part had crush damage, so replacement ordered and awaiting receipt of same. Very lightweight, and I was disappointed in colour too - dark grey vs what the photo depicted. Inexpensive item and will see how it assembles once we receive the required part. Wayfair needs to do better with it's shipping packaging (virtually all we order from them is in terrible packaging risking damages during loading, transport and delivery. Delivery drivers NEVER ring doorbell to advise of delivery which is annoying to say the least as it risks theft from porch pirates. Wayfair, please change your packaging to stronger cardboard, or reinforce existing before shipping. It will save you lots of returns I think.

Nice piece, fitted perfectly. It has some imperfections in paint, however I am happy with the purchase especially for this price. Fast delivery Be careful when assembling- need 2 pairs of hands.

Product itself is beautiful but the installation instructions can be a little better. I assembled it completely wrong before I figured out myself and there should a touch up pen included because it does scratch easily.
