This bed frame is very good quality and feels very sturdy. We use it in one of the kids’ rooms and it has held up really well. The wood looks nice and the frame feels strong and stable. It was also pretty straightforward to put together. Overall we’re very happy with it.

This was ideal due to the height of the headboard. The lack of cross support slats is ridiculous. A total of three. Even with a box spring this isn't enough support. The cross slats come with shorter middle support but not longer ones for the higher setup option. I had to spend $50 extra wood to use as cross slats from building store. I need to make 13" middle supports now. Extra screws, dowels etc but not the appropriate number of support for anything used to sleep on. Finish is good, construction good. Definitely can be used beyond children. Just charge more and give proper amount of slats. I added x5 (1 x 6 x 53.5').
