We love wayfair! This is high quality with good strong materials and directions that are easier to follow than other places to assemble. My little girl is getting a brand new room and she is so excited for her new, big bed. Her smile is the most important and this brought a huge one to her face. There was damage to the shipping box, and one minor cosmetic damage to the bed itself. Wayfair made it easy to report this, and I just wanted to let them know that the shipping/transportation company had not taken any caution with their item. The process was smooth and they were understanding and I am beyond satisfied with the handling of that situation.

Shipped promptly. Didn’t align with predrilled holes on headboard we purchased, but made it work. Speedy customer service. 3 hours assemble.

I love it! It was pretty easy to put together. There was a warped piece of particle board.

Works great for my 2-year old son! It was easy to put together although it came in a single, very heavy box. It didn't attach to the headboard I ordered of the same brand without customization, but we just installed longer screws. It's just what I wanted.

Once all put together the bed frame looks very nice and simple, just what I wanted. Most people said that you could not put this together unless you had two people, you definitely could its just a bit awkward laying out the pieces to do so, just open the box outside the house since it weights about 140lbs and carry each piece inside. Also, the instructions say a drill is not needed, but it really is. Many parts dont have even a hole started for you to screw into so while it wasnt really a problem to just quickly drill into where the hole should have been, dont get this if you dont have or know anyone with a drill. Some people complained about extra length that they would nip their legs on walking by it, not for me, it fits my standard queen mattress perfectly. People also were mad it didnt come with a headboard, well just read the description it obviously is only the frame. Four stars because of the quality of the support beneath it. Has four slats that you lay across and four or five panels that go the other way on top of the slats. But there is no central support beam spanning the length of the frame... Meaning there is a lot of weight on these little four slats. These are particle board slats and Im pretty sure one of them already cracked a little and Im not a heavy person either. A little nerve racking, but just buy an adjustable metal frame that matches the height of the slats and it will be a perfect compromise for the weight on the thin slats. I found a few on Amazon for like 35. Storage- yes regular plastic rolling box type things would fit under the bed, you just have to really decide what you want under there because the boxes dont fit through the side panels (since from the floor to bottom of the side panels is something like 6 inches) but through the slats before you put down the solid panels, so if theyre under the bed, they are under there until you lift the mattress up again. This is in general, a pretty low frame but even though my picture has the bed box as well, Ill be taking that off because the height of the bed frame and mattress by themselves is perfect. A bed box will be too high for most people (Im 58) to climb up on, and most queen bedding isnt large enough to reach to hide the box and mattress and fold into the frame. Just too much height as an observation. It is cheap quality wood so expect a little creaking when you get in it and such. Do not let these deter you from getting this bed frame. It seems like a lot of bad but its great for the price, mine was a white finish queen and was around 190 but then got a 10 rewards from doing the product reviews on other things Ive bought. If you want something new that you are gonna sleep on that will look good with any furniture, get this. Got it within the week I ordered and was delivered with care!
