Lennon Kids Full Loft Bed

Several pieces of this arrived damaged and some had manufacturing defects (panels drilled in the wrong orientation such that it’s impossible to assemble per instructions, holes drilled to the wrong screw size, etc). It will be nearly a month later before I receive the multiple packages of replacement parts and wayfair insists it’s impossible to expedite replacement parts. My child’s bedroom and bed are completely unusable since I have large half-built furniture that is not stable or safe for weeks at a time.

Nice loft bed, really elegant looking and sturdy.

The bed itself is great! The main panel that bolts to the inside of the stairs had been glued incorrectly. Wayfair quickly approved replacement parts(photo was included how it was glued incorrectly) took almost a month to get replacement part. Received replacement part yesterday and it's glued incorrectly as well. Finally just used the new one as a template and had to drill my own holes. Rather disappointing for how much money this bed cost.

The bed had been manufactured incorrectly. It had a major piece with the pilot holes on the wrong side messing up the entire bed.

Awful. Color is dull dark grey. Multiple pieces arrived broken. Missing screws. Took 2 professional installers 7 hours to put together and it’s still not right. It would’ve been nice and sturdy if the color was right and the pieces were not broken/missing. Lots of storage. But also really huge for what it is.
