This bed is not as advertised. Trundle is not designed properly. If you want to use the trundle then it requires to lift up the bed, if you lift up the top bed frame unlocks, create whole bed to come apart. Beside you can not store mattress or other things inside trundle. If you do put anything then the trundle won’t close. I would rather keep the top bed frame but not the trundle until the design properly. It is not a good buy in my opinion. Material is not sturdy enough as well and not safe if you want to use it for kids.

The overall frame of the bed is sturdy and well-made, and I was happy with the quality of the bed itself. However, I was disappointed with the slat support system when used without the support legs. I purchased this bed specifically to use with a trundle, which required me to remove the center support legs for proper clearance underneath. Without those support legs, the slats bent significantly when my daughter laid on the bed and felt like they were close to snapping. With the support legs installed, the bed feels solid and works great, but if you plan to use a trundle, keep in mind that the slat support may not perform as well without additional reinforcement.

Bed looks great, exactly as pictured. Instructions not very clear, but figured it out. Parts aren't marked so some delays by grabbing wrong beams since not marked.
