I have not slept on it yet, but it feels sturdy. I purchased it because the trundle is supposed to hook into the bed when you need it as a king. Mine appears to have a defect and does not do that. The ceiling also has a small interactive whiteboard for you to record and doodle. Take it home, turn on the lights and use your imagination to design the atmosphere of your room.

This is a modern platform day bed with an arched ceiling and light strips. There are also two large drawers under the bed for storing daily necessities. There is also a small interactive whiteboard on the top for you to doodle. When you turn on the lights wrapped around the ceiling, it is full of atmosphere.

It does look like the pictures and is overall a great bed for a toddler. I am not sure it would last beyond a move or heavy use, but we will see. The construction is an absolute mess - in more than one spot, the holes are actually placed incorrectly and we had to drill a new hole on one end and in a drawer to accommodate these manufacturing errors. It’s not hard to put together but with this and the quality of the directions, it was a two person job for sanity’s sake. Also, fair warning the drawers don’t attach to anything so if it will bother you that they don’t easily line up or click into place - consider that. We adjusted with some strong magnets.. Rachel.
