I ordered these bunk beds in July when they product was in stock after eyeing for a while. I ordered the product and it was expected to be delivered in 2 weeks. When the product is suppose to ship I get another email it’s now on “back order” and won’t ship for another 3 weeks. So frustrating but waited it out. It then took another 2-3 weeks after it shipped to actually receive it! Was NOT happy about waiting that long. The bunks came in 8 boxes, I was overwhelmed for sure. My husband and I unpackaged all the boxes and hauled everything piece by piece as we needed it. It only took myself (20 weeks pregnant) and my husband 2 hours to put together !!! unfortunately, when putting together there was 2 damaged pieces of wood. When we got to the step portion all the hardware was labeled wrong taking much longer to figure out which hardware we needed to use. After all said and done we are happy with the product. Overall serves its purpose well, I love that there are three spots to sleep. However, I feel the boards that hold the bed in the trundle are a bit flimsy and if not careful, cannot hold too much weight or will break. My husband and I assembled this bunk bed in about three hours. There was several different steps you had to take to fully assemble the beds.
