Took the first two pieces out of the box and the paint was chipped. You can see where they tried to cover up other paint chips. It looks alot worse in person.

I love this bed once we finally got it together. Mostly easy to do, except there were no holes or even pilot holes for the drawer spacers under the frame. We were able to figure it out with the picture and drilled them ourselves, but if you aren’t handy, it would have been difficult to do.
