All Season Down Comforter

The external shell holding the duvet was disintegrating and the overall quality of the duvet inside was very sub-par. Poor quality linen holding the fabric with the threading coming undone. Would not recommend!!!

Quality of sewing and shell is good however, the fill stinks and the only way to get the smell out is by washing it. Do not expect to use it right away it is a 2 day washing experience. I tried to send it back and agreed to have them send me a new one with exactly the same musty gross smell.

I’m convinced the bad reviews on this comforter are from people who have no idea what a down duvet is actually like! Yes it’s going to have a slight downy smell when it comes out of the package and yes it’s going to be flat when you take it out! It will reloft itself after a couple hours, but I did throw mine in the dryer with three tennis balls to help it along. Very cozy, very nice and an unbeatable price especially on sale! The only thing I disliked about this is that there were no fasteners on the corners to attach to a duvet cover, but as it’s listed as comforter and not a duvet insert that’s not surprising.

I purchase these but I am disappointed because they send me duck feather comforter. Can I return it and change another item
