Don’t waste your money. The topper is neither cooling nor 4 inches thick. I spoke with customer service about it as it’s all advertising. I am older and have chronic back pain and unable to box this thing up and take it to the post office to send it back.

Very comfortable and as described

It is fluffy and makes the bed extra soft and has extended the life of a mattress our daughter will use until she’s ready to size up. I don’t think I would describe it as 4 inches thick, though. Bob-topper portion is generously sized and does not slip off the mattress.
