2nd order of this product, was worse than 1st mattress received Neither order of 1st or 2nd…did not decompress even after 4 days and trying to manipulate sponge material. Return requested, Wayfair sent replacement for 1st order. Now what do I do with 2nd mattress

This came with a broken zipper and measured 4 inches, not the 6 that was stated. Wayfair was perfect in handling this issue so no downside to order from them again.
