This topper was purchased in March 2021. It was under a white mattress cover. I just removed mattress cover to launder and the foam had discolored to yellow spots. I reached out to customer service and was told they would replace the topper but it is out of stock and would not be in until August. It is now June. I responded that I did not want it replaced as I did not like the discoloring and would prefer a refund (meaning credit to my account). This way I can choice another item. I have reached out twice to the rep who responded to my original email. I Am not getting an answer as to what my options are. I would like to replace this item with another but need my account credited.

When I took the mattress out of the box I thought that there was no way that thin piece of foam was going to be a mattress, but it didn’t take long for it to turn into a really comfortable thick mattress. It has a nice cover on it too. We got this for our 2 12 yr old and she’s totally in love with it. She sleeps all night too. I laid on it and decided I would get one too. Very pleased with it!!!

The ends Don't expand to 8 inches and they curl up in an odd fashion. I have to sleep in the middle of the bed because it feels like the sides slope down.

This memory foam mattress topper is simply awesome. One of the best investments you can make into your wellness and health. We were about to replace the queen mattresses for our kids. They were supposed to be high end and nice, but kids were complaining that they are too firm, even stiff. I tried sleeping on one of those and woke up in pain. Before returning them, I decided to try the topper and see if it solves the problem. I am very happy that I tried. What a difference it makes! My kid loves it and I am about to get 2 more of these. It feels very soft and plush in a good way (you don't drown in it). And there is a certain feel of pleasant coolness.
