I ordered a 12" queen size mattress and after 3 days it has not expanded to the description. The middle is about 10.5", the head is 9", the foot is 9.5. The head slopes down. Wouldn't recommend this bed.

It was rough the first two nights because the mattress has to obviously expand all the way, but after the third fourth night just perfect you just gotta let it expand once it’s finished. You’ll be great great mattress ever for the price.
