Okay for the money as a matter of fact I think they charged a little too much for this product it is cheaply made I would never buy this product. It might last a little while but not very long. Is soft to the touch but you might not be able to wash it because it probably will fall apart I dont recommend it the design is totally off course. The toilet topper has two elastic bands that go across the toilet top and once you have it on there the elastic wears out and loosens up and always falls down no I would never buy this product. It comes with the toilet topper also the rug to go around the bottom of the toilet. And one bath mat thats all good and big enough its just cheaply made and wont last long.
